For your first appointment, we ask that you complete a confidential medical and dental history. The information you provide will ensure that we can care for your needs in the safest possible way. We also ask for you to complete a simple ‘smile check’ which will allow you to highlight any specific areas of your mouth that may concern you.

We will then conduct a full examination of your teeth and the surrounding soft tissues. We will normally take full mouth radiographs wherever appropriate.

Finally, we will provide you with a detailed explanation of the health of your mouth and make recommendations for any treatment that may be  required together with a  full printed estimate of  fees.
