The Appointment

Kate has been my dentist since 2007 and I am comfortable and confident in her dealing appropriately with any dental issues I have had (and may have in the future!)

Always friendly and welcoming. Explained clearly what was happening.

Amazing staff. Always friendly and helpful and great if you are nervous.

All of the staff are so polite and accommodating. The clinician team who saw myself and my son were amazing- they explained the care plan thoroughly and were so reassuring. In addition to this, they were so patient with my son and took time to get to know him and were so engaging and fun to enable him to have his check up! Thank you ☺️

The treatment was explained to my autistic child before he had it done in such a lovely way that he could understand and the dentist let him lead his treatment with conversation and kindness. This helped immensely with my child’s confidence and managed to get the treatment finished. Amazing as always.

The staff were all friendly, caring and informative. In particular the receptionist after my appointment showed great concern for my well-being as I was a little shaky. I was given time to sit down with a drink before leaving. I then received a call later to check I was alright. The care shown was much appreciated.

Very fast response to my initial phone call reporting bad toothache. The service from arriving atop the stairs is always great and welcoming. Root cause of the pain determined very quickly with good explanation and advice about options to fix it. Fast and very caring treatment left me pain free on leaving and comfortable to make the decision to go forward with root canal. Excellent exemplary service.In case there's nowhere else in the survey to explain: My low score on recomending to family and friends is because I no longer have them in East Grinstead. Your survey, like so many others, isn't as well crafted as your service. Stephen Ormrod

The receptionist knows me as a regular patient. Amy the hygienist explained the new machine really clearly and was very professional. Always made to feel welcome.
