All the staff including the dentist are always very friendly and very helpful, they make you they answer any questions have and make me feel listened to. It is nice that when I go they always recognise me.

I have attended this dentist for many years now and have always found them very understanding as I am a nervous patient they are always ready to explain treatment to you and always accommodating when you need to change your appointment I cannot fought the care they provide

Very fast response to my initial phone call reporting bad toothache. The service from arriving atop the stairs is always great and welcoming. Root cause of the pain determined very quickly with good explanation and advice about options to fix it. Fast and very caring treatment left me pain free on leaving and comfortable to make the decision to go forward with root canal. Excellent exemplary service.In case there's nowhere else in the survey to explain: My low score on recomending to family and friends is because I no longer have them in East Grinstead. I was dreading my root canal but Andrias put me at my ease. The treatment was not painful, despite my expectations. He was professional and obviously highly skilled. And best of all absolutely no after pain whatsover. I took some ibuprofen as advised that afternoon and after that - nothing.

It was a new procedure and I was very nervous, but 100% reassured and would happily have the treatment again

I don’t worry about going to the dentist now and feel calm during the treatment.
